WIBWWIBWWIBW A BOXSPRING MATRESS... FLYING OUT OF A PICKUP... IS TO BLAME FOR A FIVE CAR PILEUP TODAY.. IT HAPPENED ON I470... NEAR GAGE.. AROUND NOON... THREE PEOPLE WERE TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL AS A PRECAUTION... WHILE OTHERS RECEIVED BUMPS AND BRUISES.. THE MANGLED MESS SRLED TRAFFIC FOR TWO HOURS... BUT THE KANSAS HIGHWAY PATROL SAYS THE ACCIDENT COULDVE BEEN WORSE. the box spring landed and the first vehicle struck it and dragged it as they tried to hit the breaks then the next car hit it and so onit happened suddenly in just seconds i feel pretty good considering how hard we hit, i should be feeling worse TRAIL THERE ARE LAWS ABOUT TYING ITEMS DOWN IN THE BACK OF TRUCKS CORRECTLY.. NO WORD IF THE DRIVER WILL FACE ANY

TRANSCRIPT: wibwwibwwibw a boxspring matress... flying out of a pickup... is to blame for a five car pileup today.. it happened on i470... near gage.. around noon... three people were taken to the hospital as a precaution... while others received bumps and bruises.. the mangled mess srled traffic for two hours... but the kansas highway patrol says the accident couldve been worse. the box spring landed and the first vehicle struck it and dragged it as they tried to hit the breaks then the next car hit it and so onit happened suddenly in just seconds i feel pretty good considering how hard we hit, i should be feeling worse trail there are laws about tying items down in the back of trucks correctly.. no word if the driver will face any
